About the Role

As a Client Engagement Specialist at Lamoon, you’ll serve as the key liaison between our consulting teams and clients. You’ll manage communications, ensure project alignment, and support seamless delivery. This role is ideal for highly organized professionals who are client-focused, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communications and inquiries

  • Coordinate project timelines, meetings, and deliverables to ensure successful execution

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project updates, and feedback

  • Collaborate closely with consultants, analysts, and designers to align internal execution with client expectations

  • Anticipate client needs, resolve issues quickly, and ensure a smooth client experience

  • Support proposal development and ongoing relationship management

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in account management, client services, or project coordination

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion, or Monday.com)

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a consulting firm or agency environment

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and client onboarding systems

  • Understanding of B2B or enterprise-level project cycles
