Responsibilities
Lead and support digital strategy projects for clients across industries
Assess clients’ digital maturity and identify gaps in systems, tools, and experience
Develop transformation roadmaps, platform integration strategies, and digital growth plans
Advise clients on CX, marketing automation, data utilization, and emerging technologies
Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure cross-functional alignment
Present findings and solutions to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in digital strategy, transformation consulting, or innovation roles
Strong understanding of digital platforms (CRM, CMS, automation tools, etc.)
Experience in developing strategies that bridge business and technology
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Digital Innovation, Marketing, or IT-related fields
Nice to Have
Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, or similar
Familiarity with UX principles or digital customer journey mapping
Knowledge of AI, data visualization, or e-commerce platforms is a plus
