About the Role
As an Operations Analyst at Lamoon, you will support our clients in improving business performance through better systems, smarter processes, and data-driven decisions. You’ll work with senior consultants to identify operational inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and implement scalable improvements that drive results.
This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy turning complexity into clarity and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Analyze current operational processes and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies
Conduct workflow mapping, KPI development, and process redesign
Gather and interpret data to inform improvement recommendations
Support the development of operational playbooks, SOPs, and system guidelines
Assist in implementing solutions and tracking performance improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure alignment and adoption
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in operations, business process improvement, or consulting
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel, process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro), and data analysis
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
Nice to Have
Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
Exposure to ERP/CRM systems or workflow automation tools
Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing role
