About the Role
As an Organizational Change Manager at Lamoon, you’ll play a key role in guiding clients through transformation initiatives that reshape how they work, lead, and grow. You’ll design and implement change strategies that improve employee engagement, align leadership, and ensure sustainable results.

Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of change management strategies for client transformation projects
Collaborate with leadership to assess organizational readiness and stakeholder alignment
Design and deliver change roadmaps, communication plans, and training frameworks
Facilitate workshops, leadership alignment sessions, and employee engagement initiatives
Monitor adoption and performance metrics, identifying gaps and adjusting strategies as needed
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients navigating cultural or operational change
Requirements
5+ years of experience in change management, transformation, or organizational development
Strong understanding of change frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci)
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex initiatives
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, Business, or a related field (Master’s or certification preferred)
Nice to Have
Prior consulting experience with corporate or enterprise clients
Exposure to digital transformation, leadership development, or restructuring projects
Familiarity with employee experience and culture design tools
