About the Role
As a Research & Insights Associate at Lamoon, you will play a critical role in supporting strategic projects by delivering clear, data-driven insights. You’ll conduct market research, analyze trends, and help build the knowledge foundation that informs our clients’ decisions. This is a perfect entry-level role for intellectually curious individuals with a passion for business, data, and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
Conduct primary and secondary research to support consulting and strategic advisory work
Analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, customer behaviors, and business environments
Summarize findings into clear and actionable insights using reports, presentations, or dashboards
Work collaboratively with consultants and analysts to develop client-ready deliverables
Stay up to date with industry developments and contribute to Lamoon’s internal knowledge base
Assist with competitor analysis, stakeholder profiling, and opportunity assessments
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in research, data analysis, business intelligence, or academic research
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and research platforms (Statista, IBISWorld, etc.)
Attention to detail, critical thinking, and a proactive mindset
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
Nice to Have
Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Notion, Miro, or Airtable
Experience working with data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Internship or project work involving market or business research
